What's NEW today?
Went to Twigs today and sat outside and ate dinner with Mom.
Took Mom to a facial today, she really enjoyed it :)
Talked to lots of new clients today and visited with them about their health.
Watched a weird Cougar Wives show on TLC...what is this world coming too?? YUK
What's GOOD today?
Got lots of work done today getting up early.
Had a great workout today in power yoga class.
More work done this afternoon and got caught up on a report I needed to get done.
Lots of sunshine today, warm and beautiful weather.
Nice day of clarity today with little to no emotion, felt great!
Co-dependency on men is a very depressing addiction to have in life, thank God I'm free of it!
What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Sunshine and warm weather.
