What's NEW today?
Went to two new neighborhoods in my old town.
First time making baked asparagus in olive oil.
Listened to my Atkins class with a new instructor at IIN.
What's GOOD today?
Slept in until 10 am, felt amazing.
Did not eat out today.
Worked out on the treadmill for 50 min at 3.5.
Listened to my IIN class for 50 min, getting caught up with homework.
Until tomorrow.....
