Recd another call from another contract company that may have some work in my area.
Colin's school choir Xmas concert.

The potential new business I may receive, really good news.
Awesome weather this afternoon.
Got a lot of work done at the ALF today and was able to visit 1:1 with the residents.
Went to see Colin's choir concert, that was fun to see the kids having fun and they sounded great.
Ate healthy today, very few calories.
Went to a great yoga class that Debbie taught, debated on going because I had to leave early but went anyways!! Proud of myself for fighting through it.
Stayed off long calls on the phone.
