What's NEW today?
Ate lunch at a little coffee shop and did my work in st Charles
Smoked a clove cigar, not very good :(
Met a new couple today, their dynamics of their relationship was very interesting
Went into the Smoke Shop to check out what kinds of cigars they have and stuff
In a relationship their is no point in pointing blame, both parties are equally guilty no matter what!
Decided I don't know what the hell to do with my life, I need to have faith 100% all the time
Tried a new foam roller/Pilates class yesterday
What's GOOD today?
Rested from working out, worked out hard yesterday
Ate really healthy today, no pasta and no breads
Got in two assessments this afternoon
Finally mailed my neice and nephews birthday cards!
Sunshine this morning, no rain till this afternoon :)
Had all my water today even though I didn't start drinking it till after 3:00
Looking forward to getting my hair fixed tomorrow with a new hair dresser
What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Being alone and quiet.
