What's NEW today?
Watched an Oprah Masterclass on Lenny Kravitz, what an amazing character this guy has.
Met a new family on my assessment in a town I hadn't been to before.
Learned about a new company called Extreme Fitness, going to introduce myself to a class soon and meet the owner and offer my health coaching to her customers if she's interested.
My new goal is to only eat out three x per week, to help with my weight loss.
I have a goal to lose 20lbs in 12 months or less, only by healthy options.
Started using a new tool called a Healthy Living Journal, 21 days to a new habit and put on a red wristband yesterday to remind me to eat at home and eat healthy options and exercise.

What's GOOD today?
Cut up my strawberries that I bought two days ago at Target, they tasted really good finally, mixed them with blueberries which were also amazing.  I am so glad winter is OVER!!
Worked out this morning in yoga, had a nice class.
Visited with my friend Pam today after yoga.
Nichole and Chad have landed safely from their trip to Florida.
Finished the invites and prepared them to mail out tomorrow for the shower.
Sat outside and worked in the sun, it was really nice weather today.
Ate dinner at home tonight, soup and sandwiches, I like not eating out.
Wrote my goals for my weight and health in my new journal, cont wearing my habit band.
I have a choice to not spend money and save, reminded myself of this!!  If I want to have fun and travel in my life I have to not spend and live simple and enjoy it.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Being able to have work and make money, and make the choicest to not spend money.
