What's NEW today?
Bought some scrap booking paper for my vision board
Went to Walmart with M at 9:20pm, normally stay home and watch tv, so I'm proud of myself!
Took a nap for an hour this afternoon
Had staff at CDM do a different type of training on transferring
Bought Joel Osteens book I declare and plan on using it as a devotional for 30 days
Made baked Brussels sprouts, turned out pretty good
What's GOOD today?
Got up this morning and went out to breakfast at a deli
Got to work early today and completed all of my work at CDM
Ate healthy today but also treated myself to Girl Scout cookies
Took day off from working out to rest my body
Cleaned up house some more to put on the market
Keeping office organized and clutter free
Made hamburgers for dinner and soup, chose not to eat out
Ate some Brussels sprouts and drank some orange juice to get extra vitamins in today
Completed my life coaching classes today
Looking forward to yoga tomorrow morning
What am I GRATEFUL for and really appreciate today?
Having some down time to rest my body and my mind
Good books that help me focus spiritually
