What's NEW today?
tried a new protein saute with quinoa and ground turkey
went to a new facility today for work
worked for a new company for WC today
ate at a new organic deli today and had a good quiche

What's GOOD today?
completed a lot of work today and time managed well
went to empower today again to get a workout in
drank over 3L of water today
called an insurance company back that called requesting contracting
finished work early today and was able to get to the gym
had a nice dinner at the gym, very healthy meal
decreased sugar intake today, sugar intake was less than 5% of diet today
had safe travels today, roads were clear and the weather was cold but not bad
stayed non-emotional with some personal discussion

What am I GRATEFUL for an really appreciate today?
spent time with my husband today and got along really well
enjoyed a nice late breakfast in a new coffee/wine deli, fortunate and grateful that I can enjoy eating meals out and having healthy things made to eat
