What's NEW today?
Went to Harborview for lunch with Mom, awesome lunch with glass of wine.
Ate a black bean fritter with kale.
Went to small shop in pepin with mom and found some cool rings.
Went to Lake City with Mom so she could sit by the river and enjoy herself.
Went to Kim's for a glass of wine and enjoyed a visit with Kim and Rich.

What's GOOD today?
Got up early and worked in my office, got a lot of calls in.
Went to Pepin with Mom and enjoyed our day.
Took the day off from work outs to rest my mind and my body.
Enjoyed the day doing new things with Mom.
Enjoyed the sunshine and beautiful river at Lake City with Mom.
Safe drive throughout the day.
Received another close assessment.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Spending the day with Mom with beautiful scenery.

Bought an aroma therapy candle burner for my oils
Did empower in a new studio room at the gym today
Took mom to my bag store in Northfield

Went to empower
Slept in till 9:00
Didn't spend too much time thinking about the men in my life
Stopped myself from texting those I don't want a relationship with anymore
Completed 3 assessments, made 210 in assessments
Went for 6 mile walk with Kim
Spent day with Mom
Talked with Nichole about her fears
Sunshine and warm weather
Safe travels
My family and I are healthy
Gods favor
Healthy foods, good wine, and self discipline

What's NEW today?
Read some more of my book Eat to Live
Took Mom to Bears Den for dinner

What's GOOD today?
Got some more work in
Stayed focused on my work this morning and made some good calls
Decided to stay away from men, too confusing how they think
Had a great ying yoga class today and really enjoyed it and stayed for power yoga
Left after yoga, didn't feel like eating lunch
Completed getting the groceries we needed for meals
Didn't get a speeding ticket by the grace of God recd a warning
Had my mom go into the chiro by herself and didn't try to visit because I didn't feel like being friendly and didn't allow myself to get into conversation about bs in my marriage, focused and cont to focus on my career.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Gods favor and wisdom in relating to others and not allowing myself to be taken advantage of.

What's NEW today?
Went to zumbrota and had lunch with mom and Colin today and looked in the stores, fun!!
Not feeling like I need to be in a strong relationship with a guy, finally figured it out.
Sat outside today at the acupuncture visit for mom and and enjoyed sitting on the bench reading in the sunshine!
Talked to some new people today and discussed their health issues, friendly people!
Tried a new chicken salad today for lunch.

What's GOOD today?
Peaceful and focused morning, got up early and worked, feeling good about my work and that I have a good career, ER interested in orientating me to more!
Sunshine and warm weather, really enjoyed the sun today!
Didn't waste time thinking about relationships too much, felt refreshing.
Had a great stir fry for dinner that my son made for my mom and I.
Focusing more on my work and enjoying it.
Spent time with mom and my son this afternoon and really enjoyed it.
Learning to not depend on others for my contentment.
Continue to stay away from what flour which includes breads and pasta.
Drank lots of water today.
Received my IIN certificate in the mail today.
Paid my cc bill.
Took time for  myself with a bath, wine and gave myself a pedicure.
Went for a walk with Kim and had a great sweat.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Focus and learning to pay attention to what's really important for me with my time here.

Watched a movie called MUD, awesome movie!

What's GOOD today?
Had a great yoga class, nice workout.
Worked my first full day with IH, felt good to be focused.
Got 3 new assessments today from contracts.
Walked solo today with a heat index of 100, felt really good, walked 4 miles with good music.
Picked up groceries for dinner for mom and I to make for us and Nichole & Chad when Paisleys born.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Not counting on males and taking care of myself.  Learning to not allow my emotions to control me and focusing more on what's important in my life.

Had Nichole and Chad and his mom Lori and Colin and his girlfriend Jordan over for dinner.

What's GOOD today?
Went to yoga and had a peaceful class, calmed me down
Walked on my own today 4 miles listening to my music and enjoyed myself
Had some nice Pinot noir tonight and enjoyed my time with my kids tonight
Sunny and warm day today
Spent some time with mom and mom worked out today, proud of her at 71 yrs old
Had a fun dinner with guests and sat outside tonight and enjoyed the stars
Realized life doesn't have to be so damn serious, it's important to have fun!

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
My family.  The clouds.

Had coffee with yoga friends and my mom.
Went to my chiro Dean with my mom for her to be evaluated, went well for her.
Met a new lady at the gym, named Theresa.
Completed my urine screen for IH.
Recd some more work today for NCL.

What's GOOD today?
Had a good yoga class with great stretching.
Went on the Octane machine tonight for 32 minutes.
Ate healthy today and drank lots of water.
Made some phone calls for IH.
Mom made dinner and had Nichole and Chad over.

Sunshine and really nice weather, friends & family.

Had coffee and lunch with Teri, Carolyn & Mom after yoga.
Ate some vegetable lentil soup for lunch.
Did yin yoga and meditation.
Met Jane, acupuncturist and watched her put the needles in Mom for her treatment.

What's GOOD today?
Went to ying/meditation yoga today, Mom joined us.
Did power yoga, good workout.
Walked 5 miles with Kim, really sweat from the humidity.
Had leftovers for dinner, didn't have to cook!
Completed some calls for the first time alone for IH.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Having Mom here and sharing things with her.
Making friends.

What's NEW today?
Finally purchased a large bottle of my foot lotion with peppermint.
Took my daughters BP at work today because she was concerned.
Went to Olive Garden and had chicken Parmesan, small potatoes and broccoli with 1 wine.
Nichole gave me a tiny elephant for my purse and a new piggy bank to save money for traveling.

What's GOOD today?
Went to power yoga, great workout.
Awesome weather, sunny and warm.
Mom came in today to stay until Sept to be here when Paisleys born.
Colin went to pick up his Nana from the airport for the first time, alone.
Reviewed some IH work and prepared for tomorrow.
Ate out with family for dinner.
Cleaned the foyer bathroom and vacuumed the kitchen and mud room floors.
Did a load of laundry and put some folded towels away.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Mom coming to visit and the awesome weather we have been having.

What's NEW today?
Took by bike with to Red Wing and drove to Lake City by myself on purpose to ride my bike and rode for about 30 minutes and sat by the river and read my book in the sunshine and warm weather.

What's GOOD today?
Didn't wait for someone to do something with, went by myself and enjoyed the afternoon.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Having the motivation to spend by myself and enjoying it.

What's NEW today?
Went to Stockholm for the first time and really enjoyed visiting the boutiques.
Had a really healthy lunch with black bean soup and a chicken pecan salad & coffee with M.
Drove through a couple new towns I hadn't been in before in WI.

What's GOOD today?
Completed an assessment and got paid to go see a new place.
Had a great sunny warm day and spent it outside with M.
No chores today.
Enjoyed dinner on the patio tonight.
Didn't eat ice cream even though I really wanted one.
Drove along the highway and was able to see some beautiful green scenery and the river water.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Spending time with M and enjoying a relaxing day together with no serious conversation.

What's NEW today?
I had a chicken salad on a bed of lettuce for lunch and no bread.
Met a new client for an assessment in a SNF.
Received 2 new assessments from a contractor.
Invited yoga friends to my house for dinner and drinks tomorrow night.

What's GOOD today?
Had a great yin yoga class and was really able to stretch and then added power yoga, awesome..as well and helped my headache.
Had lunch with friends after yoga class.
Visited with Trish, also a yoga friend after class and caught up with her talking about OMC.
Had a really healthy lunch with some protein.
Studied my personal training information last night prior to going to sleep, on chapter 2.
Nice sunny weather today, slept in this morning.
Chose not to text a friend I was wanting to talk to because they don't respond to my msgs and its frustrating because I feel like I am being a pain in the butt to them even though they don't act like it bothers them that I am trying to touch base.  I'm getting wiser and less foolish!!
Talked with my mom today and she is happy on her trip and getting ready to come back and stay for Paisley to be born -- soon!

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Receiving some more work.  I AM LOVE/I AM ATTRACTING $$/I AM THIN
I am thankful for my body and the self discipline I have to take care of myself.
I am thankful and grateful for friends and the opportunity to have a home to entertain with.

What's NEW today?
Listened to Dr. Len Kravitz, PhD...The Ultimate 10 Best Exercises for Women: (via ACSM)
(1) squats, (2) shoulder press with free weights or kettle bells or medicine balls, we don't even need heavy weights...(3) shapely back using standing rows, (4) triceps with tricep extension, dumbells & partial pushups against the wall, (5) abs using planks on the ground & physio balls, (6) chest/pecs using partial pushups on the floor placing feet on the ground with wider arms (7)  thighs using a step back lunge with knee over ankle and focus on front thigh (8) bird dog - lift one arm and one leg is good for lower back and alternate (9) bicep curls ..burn more calories standing (10) sidestep squat for thigh and buttocks.
Watched the CMA awards, it was fun to hear new people sing and lots of new songs!!!

What's GOOD today?
Slept in this morning until my assessment..wasn't feel well but felt I needed to take care of body.
went to empower, lifted lighter weights but attended anyways :)
had a good training session with Geri at IH and planned another one for tomorrow..
I'm ready to get going with clients and health coaching.
Didn't push myself today.
Completed some laundry, only about 1-2 loads remaining.
Enjoyed listening to the music awards tonight, lots of country singers and so much talent!
Realized I cannot push doors open and have to wait for opportunity to present itself to me.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Patience with myself and opportunity for change in my life.  Things happen when they are suppose to happen and we cannot rush it, its all in Gods time.

What's NEW today?
Made a new recipe with chicken and wheat rice, barbecue chicken BUT healthy!
Watching Oblivion on demand, Tom Cruise

What's GOOD today?
Got up early but chose to not work out today, took the day off.
Went to Costco and picked up some things that were needed, got a great price on Smartwater.
Made dinner for the family, healthy chicken recipe with a salad.
Cleaned the house and washed Colin's bedding.
Started reading in my PT book, Chapter 1
Had an argument with Maury but we actually figured it out, sort of!
Drinking lots of water today, will be 3 liters

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Having the money to purchase groceries for healthy meals.
Having the opportunity to start new contracting work.

Met some new people at my new company contract with Interactive.
Had a really good salad today called a nutty salad with apples and IH bought me lunch.

What's GOOD today?
Good days work today in training.
Went back to my room and enjoyed room service and a glass of red pino.
Completed 3 sun salutations today on a towel in my hotel room.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Having the opportunity to work more in an industry that healthy.

What's NEW today?
Rode bike in Hastings today for about an hour around the park and saw the Vermillion Falls with Maury.

What's GOOD today?
Slept in today and had a great morning.
Completed 2 assessments and made about $210 plus mileage, closer to goal of $365.
Awesome weather today, got a nice walk in again with 6 miles.
Took today off from yoga to sleep in and rest my body.
Had a nice salad for dinner at home and a chicken dish Maury made for dinner.
Chose not to have wine today and drink more water.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
My body is healthy and I can choose what and what not to eat that's good for me and exercise, I appreciate my body for what it allows for me to do!

Did my regression therapy, interesting!  Met Karl, really nice guy.
Started Oprah/Deepok meditation series, days 1 and 4.

Walked 6 miles tonight, awesome weather, no wind.
Sat outside with Nichole and Chad visiting.
Got up early even though I was really tired.
Got more set up in my office.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Nice, calm weather and summer!!

What's NEW today?
Tried a new 4 wk yin yoga class, amazing for stretching and meditation.
Fixed my printer by watching a utube video by myself!!
Bought a new iPhone 5, sort of a rip off these cell phone companies, always selling things!!

Whats GOOD today?
Had a great 2 hr yoga workout with lots of stretching.
Had a fun lunch with friends, Carolyn, Jess, Terri, Bill.
Fixed my phone, no more worries about battery life for awhile.
Had lunch with Colin today at Chipotle.
Visited with Nichole for a few minutes at her work.
Made some wheat rice and spagetti sauce for a really late dinner and a glass of wine.
Talked with Maury tonight about this work thing that's bothering me.
Getting more and more prepared for my granddaughter Paisley, it's getting close.
Visited with my mom today for a few minutes.
It was awesome weather today with lots of sunshine.
Went for a 6 mile walk with Kim and Brittany.
Got caught up on my assessments and tried hooking up my phone for work.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Getting things out of my thoughts that I don't want in there anymore.  Staying in a good place with my emotions even though things aren't working out as well as I would like them to.
My and my families health/wellness and safety.

Flew to Chicago for an orientation with new contractor.
Went to Schaumburg ILL for the 1st time
Had a really good green salad with white balsamic and cooked carrots and tomatoes
Had a chicken dish over carrots and potatoes with arugula.

What's GOOD today?
Made it to Chicago safely and grabbed a taxi to the hotel on my own!
Had a really good dinner, healthy and treated myself to a gourmet piece of apple pie
Worked out at empower
Looking forward to meeting some new people at IHS

What's NEW today?
Bought some new workout clothes for fall.
Went to Hyvee and had a 3 egg omelet with bacon, don't normally like eating there!
No wine tonight, I'm getting bored with it.
Bought and Started reading  my new book, Quiet by Sara Cain.
New mantra...I AM COURAGEOUS
Purchased another book called the Plateau Effect

What's GOOD today?
Cleaned the upstairs sinks and toilets, quit procrastinating.
Did some laundry to keep up on it.
Hemmed by pants and shirt from over a month ago:)
Watching How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days on TV.
Bought some fruit and Brussels sprouts to have healthy options to eat.
Went for a ride on my bike, short, but did it anyway.
Had a great yoga class today with Deb, worked hard.
Learned I am more of an introvert than I realized, but really more of an ambivert

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Being in emotional control and not allowing myself to get down about things.

What's NEW today?
Had Kim and Jackie over for wine and snacks.
Put myself up front in yoga in front of the instructor which I never do.
Got a membership to Costco and saved money on coffee, water, juice and to :)

What's GOOD today?
Great Hatha yoga class today with coffee after!
Awesome weather today.
Had the day with no work.
Visited with friends tonight on the patio.
Did a load of laundry?
Looked through some emails.
Received 20.00 back from Costco membership and it bought our toilet paper!!
