What's NEW today?
I had a chicken salad on a bed of lettuce for lunch and no bread.
Met a new client for an assessment in a SNF.
Received 2 new assessments from a contractor.
Invited yoga friends to my house for dinner and drinks tomorrow night.
What's GOOD today?
Had a great yin yoga class and was really able to stretch and then added power yoga, awesome..as well and helped my headache.
Had lunch with friends after yoga class.
Visited with Trish, also a yoga friend after class and caught up with her talking about OMC.
Had a really healthy lunch with some protein.
Studied my personal training information last night prior to going to sleep, on chapter 2.
Nice sunny weather today, slept in this morning.
Chose not to text a friend I was wanting to talk to because they don't respond to my msgs and its frustrating because I feel like I am being a pain in the butt to them even though they don't act like it bothers them that I am trying to touch base. I'm getting wiser and less foolish!!
Talked with my mom today and she is happy on her trip and getting ready to come back and stay for Paisley to be born -- soon!
What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Receiving some more work. I AM LOVE/I AM ATTRACTING $$/I AM THIN
I am thankful for my body and the self discipline I have to take care of myself.
I am thankful and grateful for friends and the opportunity to have a home to entertain with.
