Listened to Dr. Len Kravitz, PhD...The Ultimate 10 Best Exercises for Women: (via ACSM)
(1) squats, (2) shoulder press with free weights or kettle bells or medicine balls, we don't even need heavy weights...(3) shapely back using standing rows, (4) triceps with tricep extension, dumbells & partial pushups against the wall, (5) abs using planks on the ground & physio balls, (6) chest/pecs using partial pushups on the floor placing feet on the ground with wider arms (7) thighs using a step back lunge with knee over ankle and focus on front thigh (8) bird dog - lift one arm and one leg is good for lower back and alternate (9) bicep curls ..burn more calories standing (10) sidestep squat for thigh and buttocks.
Watched the CMA awards, it was fun to hear new people sing and lots of new songs!!!
What's GOOD today?
Slept in this morning until my assessment..wasn't feel well but felt I needed to take care of body.
went to empower, lifted lighter weights but attended anyways :)
had a good training session with Geri at IH and planned another one for tomorrow..
I'm ready to get going with clients and health coaching.
Didn't push myself today.
Completed some laundry, only about 1-2 loads remaining.
Enjoyed listening to the music awards tonight, lots of country singers and so much talent!
Realized I cannot push doors open and have to wait for opportunity to present itself to me.
What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Patience with myself and opportunity for change in my life. Things happen when they are suppose to happen and we cannot rush it, its all in Gods time.
