What's NEW today?
Found some workout shorts in JCPenny's, has never happened before
Also found a sweatshirt for bed on clearance
Wanting to spend time alone in quiet and not be bothered by anyone, need some downtime
Bought a new pair of earrings for only 8.00
Found some new shows that are amazingly comfortable

What's GOOD today?
had a Pedicure with Nichole
went to the mall and had a coffee and visiting with Nichole and her EE
took the day off from yoga, did not want to mess with the instructor
bought a Mothers Day card for Nicholes 1st Mothers Day
keeping calories low today, focusing on making sure I get my water in
its sunny outside :)

Colins working this afternoon, I like to see him busy on the wknd and not sitting around, its unhealthy for him
I made my bed
took care of myself and washed my hair and wore a bright sweatshirt, was going to wear a hat and chose to take care of myself and look fresh instead
Completed my morning pages this morning in silence looking out the window, laying in my warm bed with sun coming through the windows and my cup of coffee!
paid my bills I have been procrastinating forever and balanced my checkbook
took out cash to have on hand for a change, havent had cash to use X2 wks
Had a nice dinner with Nichole and went shopping

What am I GRATEFUL for an appreciate today?
