What's NEW today?
Went to Northfield and bought some new journals for goal setting
Met some new people through my work assessments
Went to 7:00 yoga class with Bruce
What's GOOD today?
It was sunny and warm
I was able to get some work done and complete my assessments back to back
My body is healthy and I can take time to focus on my breath
I went to a good yoga class tonight
Ate healthy today and not too much, watched my portions
Saw some friends at the gym I visited with
Tanned as my treat for doing empower when I didn't want to and yoga class late when I was tired
Stayed away from the house to not cause tension with M
Took care of myself today
Drank water 2L
Completed my morning pages this morning with a nice cup of coffee
What am I GRATEFUL for a appreciate today?
My health, my breath, feelings of joy, happiness
