What's NEW today?
I slept in until 10:15, wow!!  I was up a lot at night but still, felt great to sleep in on a Sunday!
Bought a Good Housekeeping for believe it or not super easy salad recipes, I remember when my mom use to get this in the mail..
Had a new workout with my blast 30 class
Tried the pasta fresco with broccoli at Noodles and Company, very good, lots of calories but worth watching my calories all day to enjoy it, I even gave up a glass of wine to eat it :)
Found a lady on linked in that I may have an opportunity for increasing my health/life coaching clients...she's working with Chris Powell even to help him achieve his goals of helping 10 million people loose weight....that would be sooo great for people, I would be super excited and honored to be a part of that and help people lose weight and feel better!!

What's GOOD today?
Great workouts today with blast and empower class
Lots of sleep, took a nap this afternoon
Awesome weather today, enjoyed the birds singing this morning and listening to the wind
Wrote my morning pages and really enjoyed it thinking about my vision board
Read some of my book today and worked on visualization
Had a fun dinner with my kids at noodle and company
Ate veggies & fruit today on purpose..added broccoli to my dinner, blueberries to bran cereal, banana
Went back to Target because I forgot a bag of groceries the other day, didn't feel like it but did anyway
Cleaned my bathrooms today, it's so much work and just gets dirty again in a few days,  but felt good and smelled good!  Biggest accomplishment in awhile because I went on strike with cleaning my house for a long time because it was too overwhelming, to big to handle...I'm very proud of myself today for this!  Anything to sell this and get into a smaller house :). I'm ready for that!
