What's NEW today?
Went to plainview with Nichole and had fun getting her new/used rocking chair
Got a to go hamburger, no bread at the Elba restaurant..really good!
Met a new family at an assessment today.
Ate some coleslaw, never had this before at this restaurant.
Went to the bathroom in a two stall bathroom with no doors, weird!
Meditation with group and Mas for 20 minutes, it was incredible
Met some new ladies at Mary's house today
Saw some really green and pretty areas less than an hour away with Nichole
What's GOOD today?
Had a good yoga practice and made it on time
Meditated on purpose for 20 min with a spiritual healer
Ate really healthy today
Really got to see some natural beauty today, the trees were so green and awesome in size while I drove to assessments around Whitewater.
Spent the afternoon with Nichole and had fun, encouraged without words for her to relax and take care of herself :). I'm so proud of her for where she has come in her life.
Went for another 6 mile walk tonight, enjoyed it.
Spent the evening walking and the weather was amazing.
What am I GRATEFUL for today?
My children
Green trees, creeks and summertime
My health
