What's NEW today?
Went to Anthony's hot yoga class for 90 minutes, I did it :)
Deb from the RAC gave me an African soup recipe.

What's GOOD today?
Didn't spend money eating out, waited till and got home and ate.
Drank lots of water.
Talked with my WC guy regarding his appt tomorrow.
Painted some more of Nichole's rocking chair.
Went to empower, walked 5.5 miles and went to hot yoga for 90 min and gentle yoga for 40 min.
Washed my yoga and work bag finally.
Getting to bed on time and having the night to myself, it's nice and quiet.

What am I GRATEFUL for today?
Sunshine and my body being healthy enough to get a great workout day in.
My body and my feet that support me everyday.
