Had lunch with friends
Great yoga workout today
Awesome and hard blast 30 class
Talked with Chad and he scheduled his trip, his family gets to come with to visit, I'm excited
Talked with Mom today, went back to doctor

Good weight training day
Journaled all foods and drink
Really productive peer call with mayo classmates
Had house cleaned
Made Colin dinner versus buying dinner
Went to doctor and refilled rx, got new X-ray taken to check foot

What's NEW today?
Tried tomato basil soup, not bad!
New partner workout at blast 30, tough cardio workout
Enjoyed Italian night and was able to eat dinner with Colin at his break

Great workout day with power and blast 30
Visited with a couple friends at the RAC today
Ate lunch with Nichole and Chad
Read more of my book, enjoying it!
Stopped dog from running away today :)
Read some homework today for coaching
Off work today!!
Finished morning pages and really enjoyed them today with my coffee
Had a nice dinner tonight, chicken broccoli Alfredo, treated myself with the calories
Eating green pepper, very little calories!!!  Chose not to eat unhealthy tonight
Cleaned out car alittle and washed it, filled with gas when i didn't feel like it, stopped procrastinating

Watched the Grammys and was introduced to some movies I haven't heard of before.

What's GOOD today?
Slept in and took my time writing my morning pages
Great work out today at power
Friend helping my brother with his medical situation, it's so awesome of her for helping him
Talked to Chad today and he's so grateful this md will look at him
Ate really healthy today and haven't really been hungry
Set up email for cordon blue in Minneapolis for tour for Colin
Finished my homework for mayo
Balanced my checkbook
Made dinner, awesome salad with toppings
I'm so grateful for all of the growing I have done and I have become a better person because of it
Thank you God for everything!!  I couldn't do it without you.

What's NEW today?
Attended an awesome yoga/coaching workshop and rewrote my vision and my goals!!
Met 3 new people today and spent hours with them discussing out goals and challenges.
Decided that I need to do what I have to do in my relationships in order to take care of myself, my kids and my grand kids, I do not want to be a burden to my kids when I'm old, so I have to be smart financially and tolerate things I don't really want to tolerate.  And it's worth it in the end.
Not all men are selfish people, there are some exceptions but there hard to find.

What's GOOD today?
I found out what's important to me in life and didn't let someone else dictate it to me.
I ate healthy and enjoyed some wine tonight.
Had a great goals setting and yoga seminar today, let go of some stuff!!
Spent today working on my future.
Cleaned my closet and got rid of some clothes.
Cleaned out my pj drawer and gave some things away.
Spent time with Nichole and Mom today on the phone, they are a great support system.
Getting smarter with my decisions and not acting quick and immature with emotions.

Whats NEW today?
Met a new life coach and yoga instructor - Laura and purchased her book to read about joy
went to a seminar with my daughter and worked on how we want our lives to look 5 years from now and whats getting in the way of it, very enlightening :)  and fun to do with her
didnt talk, stayed silent most of the day except for work related stuff
didnt allow emotions to run my day and the outcome of my day
met daughter for dinner prior to seminar, had a nice talk, fun!
realized last night after a conversation with a friend Dean that life and relationship doesnt have to be that difficult, lightbulb moment to what I am really missing in my life, the ability to live with someone that is not so exhausting and energy depleteing is soooo important

Whats GOOD today?
had a nice evening with my daughter
got quite a bit of work done today and traveled and the roads were clean
pretty snow fall this morning
didnt have to shovel
didnt have to be at home today, was gone most of the day
son had school off today but kept busy, didnt sit around all day, Im proud of him
the weather was not too cold today
had a great seminar tonight and thought about what I wanted my life to look like in 5 years and how important it is to change our lives or 5 years from now we will be in the exact same place with just alittle difference but nothing like we envision for ourselves, realized life is short and I dont have time to keep putting things off anymore, life is going way too fast
getting to bed early tonight so I can get a good nights sleep for tomorrows goals and yoga seminar, Im really looking forward to it
Thank you Lord for motivating me to get up these last two days early, was able to get my morning pages done and achieve more than sleeping in until 9am and feeling lazy and unambitious, I feel really ambitious now

What's NEW today?
Met a really nice lady today at an assessment and she had a very cute home.
Did the 5 tibetians at yoga
Watched new coaching videos for school at Mayo and read two new articles about trust and rapport and coaching presence

What's GOOD today?
Did my morning pages and wrote more about gratitude
Ate healthy today and continued to journal
Hatha yoga was awesome and went to empower
Skipped blast 30 to take Colin to chiropractor, helped him feel better, I was happy about that :)
Visited with Dean after Colin's visit, it was nice that he wanted to visit with us and he encouraged me to pray for Nichole and the baby
Had a great peer coaching call today with Genie and Shanlee
Assessments went smooth and I made it home on time for Colin's appt
Talked with Colin about my concerns for his health and his future with motivation and sedentary behaviors, he responded well
It didn't snow just yet, the weather was nice today
Stayed healthy and happy even though I argued with Maury, I stayed calm and at peace
Spent time talking with Chad and Nichole today, had nice conversation, their very supportive for me
I thank God for the good people in my life
Looking forward to my goal workshop this weekend

made myself a scone for only 170 calories, didnt even know they had these
ate sherry wild rice soup with mushrooms (tried not to eat mushrooms) and it wasnt that bad
really different yoga class today with more cardio
met an amazing couple through my assessment work today

Whats GOOD today?
Completed everything on my list to do today
passed my IIN test
had my mastermind call today, went really well, some new ideas to stay focused to not lose site of my business goals -- schedule 3 things daily on my schedule, read the focus book, cont writing in my morning pages
Finished my morning pages
Made it to yoga today and had a great cardio yoga workout
walked over 11,000 steps my pedometer
journaled all my foods and my work hrs to keep track of
finished my CDM work and stayed organized

saw a rainbow right by my house this afternoon
met some really nice people while working today
new blast30 workout today, worked my butt off (I hope!)
a friend (Johanna) offered for her husband to review my brothers MRI, it    was so awesome of her and I am so thankful

Whats GOOD today?
great workouts today, burned over 800 cals
ate lasagna for dinner, italian night at the gym and still stayed under my calories
journaled all my foods and liquids today, increased my water intake
had a conversation for a potential job offer full time or part time, put on list for an interview within the next two weeks
stayed warm today (neg #s outside)
roads clean and dry while traveling today

took day off from yoga
walked 30 min on treadmill to warm up for blast 30
new blast 30 workout, was fun, had cardio with on eliptical
eat healthy today, but did have girl scout cookies which were amazing
drank 2.5 L of water, cont to follow through with my water goal  :)
went to staples and picked up coaching log - did not procrastinate today
worked on printing off study guide materials for IIN test
had a great coaching session with LeaRae today
wrote 3 new goals for this next two weeks for my business

Bought some new chairs for Nichole, she was so excited, I really hope she likes them when she gets them set up in her apartment.  It was fun shopping with her and Colin.
Had lunch with Colin & Nichole at restaurant downtown for the first time, just the three of us.

Got all mayo homework done by 10:00 pm, deadline midnight!
Read some other students posts and enjoyed their stories.
Had a good lunch with Colin & Nichole.
Had a good workout today at power
Had three amazing cookies today while shopping.
Drank 3L of water today
Got some more laundry done.
101 days of my blog completed :) I may expand somehow in the future
Realized I like privacy in my home that's why I don't entertain, it's not because I'm not friendly

What's NEW today?
Had a new/different workout at yoga with backbends
Went to a nursing home that I hadn't been too before out of town for work
Met new people through my work today
Listen to a new speaker at IIN reg marketing coaching/business
Learned about landmark.com and jennahealth.com

What's GOOD today?
Had a decent talk with Maury that got to some deeper rooted hurts from the past
Ate healthy today, craved a sweet but didn't eat anything sweet
Walked on the treadmill
Got a lot of work accomplished, traveled on nice roads, nice weather today
Stayed calm and focused on what I wanted to do to get things done today
Didn't allow myself to get involved in emotion
Completed my morning pages today
Did my blog even though I was not wanting to put new things, because I didn't think I had any but I did:)
Did 95 days of my blog already, didn't think I would follow through on it but I did!! I'm proud of myself for doing this because it really makes me think about the new and good things in my life.
Prayed today for grace & guidance in my life
Thankful I have God to talk to everyday

Applied for 2 telephonic CM positions with Crawford & Co.

What's GOOD today?
Had a good power workout.
Ate all my calories and journaled.
Took resume books back to BnN and got a refund, got them off counter!
Finished Mayo homework and prepared new weeks info.
Billed out Arch Care invoice.
Completed some IIN quizzes to prepare for test this week.
Applied to two telephonic coaching positions with Crawford and Co.
Ate spaghetti for dinner, didn't eat out today.
Had a good breakfast.
Got up at 7 am and wrote morning pages with coffee in my office in quiet.
Saw Nichole and Chad today and BnN and was able to say hi.

It's Feb 2013 already!
Picked up some new clearance slippers and a pair of gloves.
Picked up my new glasses, black frames.
Received a phone call from Arch Consultants (new company) looking for a CM to complete a task assignment.
Purchased the Artists Way to read and two resume books to redo my resume with.
Worked with a new personal trainer at my blast 30 class, kyle
Watched a new show about hoarders and learned its a mental illness

What's GOOD today?
Had a great power yoga class.
Met with Angie, nutritionist and realized I not to stop eating so much in the evening and disperse my water more throughout the day.
Realized I really need to cook more often.
Only gained .4 of a lb not a full lb, I can loose that pretty quickly.
Working on getting caught up with the laundry.
Talked to mom.
It's Friday
Recd 2 more assessments for next wk for income
Did my errands today picking up new glasses and books
Vacuumed
Broke up my water intake and ate healthy today
Didn't eat after 7:15 and went to bed after 10:15
Started reading the artists way
