Whats GOOD today?
Got up and completed my morning pages
took day off from yoga
walked 30 min on treadmill to warm up for blast 30
new blast 30 workout, was fun, had cardio with on eliptical
eat healthy today, but did have girl scout cookies which were amazing
drank 2.5 L of water, cont to follow through with my water goal :)
went to staples and picked up coaching log - did not procrastinate today
worked on printing off study guide materials for IIN test
had a great coaching session with LeaRae today
wrote 3 new goals for this next two weeks for my business
