Whats NEW today?
made myself a scone for only 170 calories, didnt even know they had these
ate sherry wild rice soup with mushrooms (tried not to eat mushrooms) and it wasnt that bad
really different yoga class today with more cardio
met an amazing couple through my assessment work today

Whats GOOD today?
Completed everything on my list to do today
passed my IIN test
had my mastermind call today, went really well, some new ideas to stay focused to not lose site of my business goals -- schedule 3 things daily on my schedule, read the focus book, cont writing in my morning pages
Finished my morning pages
Made it to yoga today and had a great cardio yoga workout
walked over 11,000 steps my pedometer
journaled all my foods and my work hrs to keep track of
finished my CDM work and stayed organized
