What's NEW today?
Tried tomato basil soup, not bad!
New partner workout at blast 30, tough cardio workout
Enjoyed Italian night and was able to eat dinner with Colin at his break

What's GOOD today?
Great workout day with power and blast 30
Visited with a couple friends at the RAC today
Ate lunch with Nichole and Chad
Read more of my book, enjoying it!
Stopped dog from running away today :)
Read some homework today for coaching
Off work today!!
Finished morning pages and really enjoyed them today with my coffee
Had a nice dinner tonight, chicken broccoli Alfredo, treated myself with the calories
Eating green pepper, very little calories!!!  Chose not to eat unhealthy tonight
Cleaned out car alittle and washed it, filled with gas when i didn't feel like it, stopped procrastinating
