What's NEW today?
Did my workout tonight instead of breaking it up during the day.
Did the core foam roller with Maury.
Watched a new Smash today
Ate at a new restaurant today in St Charles

What's GOOD today?
Completed morning pages for the. 4th day.
Had a good blast 30 workout today and worked out for 2.5 hrs
Stayed under my calories today
Relaxed this morning
Ate a healthy lunch today
Enjoyed the day and didn't worry too much about my future
Learning to go with the flow and not think about my life so damn much
