New blast 30 exercises that were fun.

Wrote my morning pages x3
Had great workouts with Hatha yoga, empower and blast 30
Ate some butternut squash soup for vegs
Did some laundry
Stayed warm and did not stop myself from going outside with the neg degree weather, went anyways!!
Made dinner, didn't buy it.
Enjoyed an m n cookie made for valentines day
Picked up med and some healthy groceries
Until tomorrow......
