What's NEW today?
Had dinner with Linda from blast 30
Went to a menopause diet talk
Met the health coach at the athletic club
New workout at blast 30
Tried new chicken wrap

What's GOOD today?
Had a great Hatha yoga class
Had a fun lunch with good conversation after yoga with friends
Good weight training day
Journaled all foods and drink
Really productive peer call with mayo classmates
Had house cleaned
Made Colin dinner versus buying dinner
Went to doctor and refilled rx, got new X-ray taken to check foot
