Wow, NEW YEARS DAY 2013!!  It's time to think about my New Years goals.  As I begin this new year some of the top priorities for 2013 are:
Get rid of 15 lbs
Change up my exercise regime adding in more cardio 2x week
Focus on my training at Mayo and IIN
Look for practice clients on LinkedIn
Do not bring anything into my life that will take me off path with my vision
Reorganize my files to center around coaching and only specific work that brings in good income
Continue my blog always looking for new things to do and try, drive a new way somewhere, be grateful for something new, look for a new website, change my website

What's NEW today?
Wrote my goals and prioritized for 2013

What's GOOD today?
Spent time with mom this morning.
Spent time with family this afternoon.
I am grateful for having a family to spend the holidays with.
I am grateful to have my husband & son with me through the holidays.
I am grateful for my health and the health of my family.
I am thankful for having the resources to get home to family.
I am thankful for the gift of a hotel room for the holidays that we didn't have to pay for.
I am grateful that Nichole is safe and seemed to have fun over the holidays.
I am looking forward to getting on a food journal and trying a new workout regime for 12 wks.
