What's NEW today?
Did a brand new workout at the RAC with a personal trainer named Chad.
Worked out with a friend Kathy.
Walked on treadmill at RAC with the Matrix machine walking in Seattle.
Watched the Biggest Losers new season and they are working on childhood obesity.

What's GOOD today?
Had a great yoga workout.
Ate healthy and drank my water today.
Had a great 30 min blast workout for the first time.
Made spaghetti and homemade meatballs for dinner.
Had my fruits and vegs today.
Journaled my foods.
Walked on treadmill for 20 min.
Finished my first session of homework for Mayo School of Coaching and replied to some new people in class.
Re-confirmed my ultimate vision with coaching.
