What's GOOD today?
So glad I decided to do this blog over a month ago, when I'm down and frustrated or mad about the way my life is going focusing on what's new and good for the day changes my perspective before going to bed.
Ate a healthy breakfast and started drinking my water earlier in the day.
Put on my pedometer first thing this morning to try and get 10,000 steps today -- total steps today 10,140 yaaaaa!!!
Took a nap for 2 hrs.
Took back some gifts and made back some money (I purchased for others and they had too many gifts to have to give these)
Stayed confident in an argument and didnt feel I had to compromise this time because I did not do anything wrong. I usually blame myself all the time but this is a new year for me and its not happening anymore!!
Cancelled dinner with family knowing it was not a good day for that, saved some hurt feelings on others, husband is not in the best of moods.
