Met some new classmates
Found some new articles at the club for health coaching
What's GOOD today?
Had lunch with Maury and Colin
One day down of my class today, learned more about coaching skills
Drank a lot of water today, warm and cold to help my cold
Had some good echinacea hot tea for my cold
Journaled all my calories
Wore my boot all day
Didn't blast 30 workout even though I didn't feel great
Until tomorrow.....
