What's NEW today?
Completed a new cycling class with Nichole.
Went to a new restaurant called The Loop and had a new chicken recipe with healthy veg's
Drank a new wine called Billi Billi Shiraz.
What's GOOD today?
Had a good workout and ate healthy.
Drank enough water for my goal.
Went out to a nice dinner.
Finished some of my homework that I kept procrastinating.
Grateful for my daughter and the time she has spent with me this week esp her trying new things.
