Had a new beef & barley soup
purchased a new white t-shirt, finally!!
Whats GOOD today?
had a great piloxing workout
worked out with weight training and completed the day with a blast 30 wkout
telling myself to take tomorrow off working out
had a great lunch today and am incorporating my fruits and vegs
so thankful for my health and my family
continuing to journal all of foods and working on my nutritional goals, weight loss
kept tv off until 9pm
