Whats NEW today?
Prepared a new recipe for chicken using very simple spices, filled "my plate" for my nutritionist and finally ate a meal for the first time with a healthy balance of veg, fruit, dairy, grains and protein. It actually made me full and it was under 500 calories. I was really impressed with how much food you can get for that staying away from butters, gravys, etc... I was so proud of it I sent a picture of it to my nutritionist.
* Read a new article regarding Coaching versus Therapy for my coaching class. I forgot how difficult it is to write, I had to write two paragraphs is all on 4 separate articles. I do much better communicating in person versus writing.
Whats GOOD today?
sent mom flowers to hopefully brighten her day
ate very healthy today and took the day off from working out
slept really well last night
had a nice dinner with the family, actually ate around the table
finished some homework to get it off my mind
