What's NEW today?
New workout out my blast 30 class, I did triceps and biceps in a plank position
Met a new lady at an assessment today, her name was Marilyn
Tasted a gyro at the RAC and it was really good and healthy

What's GOOD today?
Had a good yoga flow workout
Good blast 30 workout
Stayed within my 1500 calories and drank 2.5 L of water
Printed off two articles to read for my Mayo class
My kids are happy and healthy
I have money to spend on things I want, don't just need
Heard from my mom today
Am applying for a MT license, wrote the check, just need a photo now prior to sending off
