Participated in a new piloxing class, awesome workout
Ate a new vegetarian soup with herb based broth and wild rice sherry
What's GOOD today?
Great workout in the am and at noon
Ate really healthy today, attempting to decrease any bad carbs
Focused in my health and less on work but also spending less
Having my house cleaned while I'm working out, I have a great life!
Half way through my book the ant and the elephant and realizing I have to focus on my future with coaching under my subconscious (elephant) not only my conscious thinking (ant)--
breakthrough for me :)
Sunny outside and not too cold, in the mid to low 30's
Grateful for my friends I am making at the RAC, not feeling lonely anymore, thank you God!
Had a nice dinner with my kids at outback and a good glass of wine
My daughter came over to visit after dinner and we enjoyed some tv and played with the dogs
Listened to some of my IIN class work
Until tomorrow.....
